WHAT We Do
Pacific Well partners with thought leaders and visionaries in creating sustainable enterprises, both in the for-profit and the social enterprise space. We focus less on the merits of traditional metrics such as IRR, and more on company culture and responsible growth. A mission statement is as important as a balance sheet.
Pac-Well originally started as an investment vehicle for family offices looking for co-
investment opportunities and eventually expanded into industries as divergent as motion picture development in the United States and import logistics throughout Asia.
Social Impact Requires More Than Vision
There is no investment criteria, but deals should require expansion capital and should also target entities that tackle social inequity by building community, whether it be a restaurant chain or a quasi-government agency looking to find strategic partners.

ABOUT PW
Pacific Well is a Los Angeles based equity firm managed by Genaro Trejo, which focuses on general partnership positions and deal capitalizations in the middle market. Genaro is uniquely qualified to manage private, public, or institutional organizations.
Previously, Genaro provided investment banking services as a Partner and Head of Structured Finance at Zukin Partners, where he worked with entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses or to more efficiently utilize their concerns.
Genaro also served as COO at Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA), spearheading innovative projects such as HOLA’s construction of a 24,000 sf arts and entertainment facility made of refurbished shipping containers. He also managed HOLA's strategic partner relationships, like the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Ghetto Film School, UCLA’s Geffen School of Medicine, and the City of Los Angeles.
Genaro was a graduate fellow at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and holds degrees from The University of Chicago and UCLA. A Los Angeles native, he is an admissions docent and member of the revenue committee at Crossroads School for Arts and Sciences in Santa Monica. At the state level, Genaro serves as a trustee with the California State Bar.
